Yoga for praise of Midsummer

All classes taught in English will also be described in English.
The class is started of with the instructor connecting with the participants; to know of any limitations and to explain what to expect. We adjust for balanced being and then go into pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, class dedication and sanskrit. We progress to asana and viniyoga where Sister Morningstar talks you through each breath appropriate for your body and the particular movement. We end with relaxation and reflection asana, stillness, blessing. 
We will end the session with a beautiful chant. Sister Morningstar will bring in some og the traditions they use at their village in prose for midsummer.
